Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding student’s requirements and making appropriate offers through the counseling process as advised

2. Training and coaching IELTS aspirants

3. Identifying the weak area of the candidate and suggesting corrections

4. Improving the basic English of the student

5. Making teaching plans for the IELTS

6. Preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students

7. Preparing, setting, and checking tests, examination papers, and exercises

8. Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students

9. Handling the basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records

10. Achieving goals as defined by your senior/supervisor in terms of enrollment and coaching
