We are hiring Education Counsellor for an IT training institute in Pune.
Its work from office (Monday to Saturday)
Timings- 9.30am to 6.30pm
Experience- fresher or 1yr
Skills-Excellent Communication
Languages-English and Hindi
Location: Pune (Dange Chowk, Wakad)
Job Description-
0.6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory
– Should be comfortable to work from the office
– Experience in Education / Training preferred
– Educational counselor experience preferred
– Handle calls on leads generated
– Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
– Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
– Overall problem-solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
– Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
– Tabulate and record responses from all channels on Excel.
– Generate relevant reports from the same.
