Grey Sim Learnings Foundation has been awarded a project by HCL Foundation to spread awarness among the prospective youth regarding vocational education with an objective to help students passing out from schools to choose right career path and build a sustainble livelihood. The project also envisages to train students enrolled at ITIs on new-age skills like drone technology, EV, IoT, etc. The role of the candidate is to identify the aspirant and capable students from ITIs to learn new-age skills; train the students on these skills; monitor and support during on-job-training/internship and employ them with relevant employers.

1. Counsel the school students through skill rath (van equipped with equipment on new-age skills like IoT, drone etc.) on vocational training at ITIs

2. Conduct psychometric assessment of ITI students to identify aspirant students suitable for training on new-age skills mentioned above

3. Conduct training on new-age skills to ITI students and ITI trainers. Training will be provided to make the candidate capable of training

4. Arrange industry linkages for internship / on-job-training (OJT) to students trained on new-age skills

5. Monitor and support the trained students during internship / OJT

6. Arrange for employment of trained students with relevant employers

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
