1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, providing a supportive and nurturing environment
2. Monitor student attendance and ensure that they attend their classes on time
3. Identify and address student concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
4. Mentor students, offering advice and assistance with academic and career development
5. Work with the admissions team to retain students and ensure that they remain enrolled
6. Utilize student data to analyze and understand student needs and provide appropriate interventions to help students succeed
7. Collaborate with other retention specialists to identify and implement best practices in student support and retention
8. Make 100-120 calls
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business administration, operations, or a related field
2. English + Hindi (proficient mandatory)
3. Counseling skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Hindi and English)
6. Interest in the Ed-Tech industry is a plus
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
