Role Description

FACE Prep is seeking a Full Stack Trainer for an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru South. The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions on full-stack development concepts, preparing training materials and resources, evaluating learners’ progress, and providing feedback for improvement. Additionally, the trainer will help design curriculum enhancements and ensure alignment with modern industry standards to effectively prepare candidates for employment in top tech companies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, and Angular
  • Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems, and familiarity with API development
  • Strong understanding of version control systems like Git, deployment processes, and DevOps principles
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners and adapt teaching methods as needed
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching, preferably in software development or technical environments
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to staying updated with current full-stack development trends and best practices
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; equivalent work experience will also be considered
  • Familiarity with the tech hiring industry and placement processes is a plus
