Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Full Stack Trainer. The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on full stack development, mentoring students, designing and updating curriculum, and conducting assessments to track student progress. The role involves simplifying complex technical concepts, guiding students in hands-on coding practices, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure relevant and effective training. Collaboration with the curriculum team and providing individualized feedback to students are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Full Stack Development, including proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or relevant frameworks)
  • Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or developing curriculum for technical skills and concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify and convey technical concepts effectively
  • Ability to engage and inspire students, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students in troubleshooting and debugging code
  • Previous experience in the tech industry or certifications in relevant programming languages/frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
