Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Keyboard Music Teacher to join our school’s music department. As a Keyboard Music Teacher in our school setting, you will play a crucial role in nurturing students’ musical abilities, fostering a love for music, and supporting their overall academic and personal development.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement engaging and effective keyboard music curriculum in alignment with educational standards and school objectives.
2. Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to students’ diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests.
3. Teach fundamental keyboard techniques, music theory, notation, and sight-reading skills to students of varying ages and skill levels.
4. Facilitate ensemble rehearsals and performances, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and musical expression among students.
5. Organize and supervise extracurricular music activities, such as recitals, concerts, and music clubs.
6. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, performances, and examinations.
7. Provide constructive feedback and support to students, addressing their individual strengths, areas for improvement, and musical aspirations.
8. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to promote the importance of music education and advocate for the arts within the school community.
9. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment conducive to musical exploration, creativity, and personal growth.
