Job Description
We
are looking for a self-driven individual who is conversant with the Local
geographies, Understands local Administrative structure – Block to Gram
Panchayat level, Self Help Groups, NGOs, MFIs, eMitras, Government
institutions, Aganwadis, Has experience
of experiential marketing, Understands local Culture, etiquettes specific to
women and should train field staff and saheli. And preferable has experience in
Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking correspondents work.
The
ideal candidate shall be adept at the below Functions:
· Entrepreneur
Development, Management and Retention
o Should
progressively raise required number of last mile entrepreneurs and saturate the
geography assigned
o Should
support all organizational interventions to develop and groom entrepreneurs
during their journey from ‘Agent to Enterprise’
o Should
proactively skill build and provide feedback on timeliness, quality and impact
of interventions made to develop entrepreneurs.
o Should
participate and provide insight in organizational endeavors to address
underperformance of any nature being observed within set of entrepreneurs
o Should
constantly take proactive measures to reach out to entrepreneurs and counsel
them on their current performance and career path.
o Should
periodically organize ‘Entrepreneurship Engagement Events’ to instill a sense
of community and reinforce affiliation towards FM
o Should
ensure that his team of Field Coordinators is diligently administering the
operational module prescribed for deliberations during ABM-Entrepreneur
interface
· Undertaking
Preparation for Marketing Activities as per Prescribed Process
o Should follow the
calendar to plan preparation of marketing activities in coordination with
Saheli.
o Should ensure that
venues for the marketing activities are selected as per prescribed criteria.
o Should ensure
fulfillment of logistics requirements for marketing activity.
o Should Ensure that
all field invitations (Existing/Potential Customer, Influencers) are made as
per prescribed scripts.
o
Should ensure that contact list of invitees and
venue details are shared timely with Data center
o
Should ensure that all required materials are in
place (Attendance/Banner/Certificates/Demo Kits).
· Market
Development & Area activation
o Should
ensure that all market development activities are being conducted as per plan
and with due regard to prescribed process
o Should
ensure that each market development activities are meeting its objective in
terms of participation, lead generation and relationship with local influencers
o Should
participate in monthly and quarterly planning of market development initiatives
of his area
· New
Household acquisition and ownership
o Should
ensure that FM is progressively acquiring planned number of households in his
area
o Should
ensure last mile outreach of FM through progressive acquisition of new
households in each village falling in his area
o Should
ensure traction of each product line till last mile
o
Should
ensure that FM is enhancing its presence among the acquired household
o
Should
constantly scan existing customer to identify opportunities for Up sell, Cross
sell, resale.
· Cross Functional
Co-Ordination
o Should
participate in planning/review/feedback exercises of company’s marketing
initiatives with Trainers/DM/ABM/Marketing Manager.
o Should handle admin/bill submission/bill settlement in a
disciplined schedule.
o Should provide requisition for marketing collaterals to
ABM/Marketing Manager.
PREFFERED

Proven
track record of at least 2+ years in market development of sub urban and/or rural
market
