- 15 years of admissions and marketing experience
- Knowledge and experience of working with the TG in Gurgaon
- Experience of counselling, social media and lead generation activities are essential
- Should have managed a team of counsellors, has knowledge of CRM systems and admission conversions in schools in Gurgaon
Job requirements
1. Nurturing and converting admissions through and structured effective counselling processes:
· Ensure that the team of counsellors are meeting prospective parents, handling queries and converting them to admission for the centre through the counselling team in each school
· Systematic review and analysis of all lead generation reports to ensure maximisation of conversions
· Represent the brand and school on- and off-campus to prospective students, parents, pre-schools, others
· Embed a process of counselling of parents on the admissions process as per defined messaging guidelines by each counsellor
· Nurturing planned and adhoc walk-ins with one-on-one admissions counselling
· Training of counsellors on messaging and processes based on identified goals and gaps in working
2. Managing the lead generation programs
· Plan activities in school campus and in the catchment areas to generate brand awareness and lead generation
· Foster relationship with pre-schools to drive admissions
· Network and execute lead generation programs via online platforms, school exhibitions and other new platforms
· Maximise the returns on lead generations activities – online and offline
3. Brand management for the group and individual schools
· Contribute ideas for marketing collaterals and content and manage social media handles for a specific school
· Co-ordinate with the social media agency to brief about upcoming events which can be showcased uniquely on social media platforms to leverage the group’s legacy and each schools key positioning
· Work in close co-ordination with the creative agency and marketing consultants to ensure the right positioning of the schools as per its brand objectives and target groups
