Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Partner Enablement Specialist at Freshworks, your mission is to nurture and bolster our
partner ecosystem, acting as the linchpin that connects partners with the assets, training, and
materials essential for success. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a landscape where partners
are adept, informed, and equipped to navigate the dynamic SaaS terrain, contributing to mutual
growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support and Facilitate Events: Be the frontline in organizing and managing Partner
Enablement webinars and events, ensuring our partners are engaged, informed, and
empowered with the latest tools and insights.
● Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to unearth gaps and opportunities,
shaping targeted learning and development initiatives that respond to the evolving needs
of the partner community.
● Content and Training Innovation: Develop scalable methods to introduce new content
and training programs that are contemporary, impactful, and aligned with both partners’
and organizational objectives.
● Collaboration with Channel Sales: Work in tandem with the Channel Sales team,
identifying and implementing necessary training protocols that enhance sales efficacy
and partner performance.
● Sales Certification Administration: Play a pivotal role in administering partner sales
certifications through Freshworks LMS, ensuring that the partner community is
accredited, competent, and ready to excel.
● Expertise Development: Immerse yourself in becoming an expert on Freshworks’
solutions, sales processes, tools, methodologies, and innovations, translating this
expertise into impactful partner enablement initiatives
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related fields, with an
inclination towards continuous learning and development.
● 3+ years in partner enablement role or something similar
● A knack for facilitating engaging and insightful webinars and events.
● Analytical prowess in leveraging data for actionable insights and strategies.
● A collaborative spirit, ready to engage with internal teams and partners, fostering an
ecosystem of mutual growth and innovation.
