As our Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll help us in creating strategies to foster a strong community
You’ll be in charge of managing and developing our brand’s online social community.
This role is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years of experience with social media & community management
For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, is super attentive to details, is proactive, and has solid communication skills.

Description of the Role
– Develop social media as a channel that contributes to revenue generation
– Manage social media coverage for all social media
– Interact with community members and customers in a personable and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
– Monitor and optimize community engagement levels
– Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
– Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines
– Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community
– Develop & manage our Campus Manager community as a marketing channel
– Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
– Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback
– Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
– Work closely with our PR agency
Requirements
– 2+ years of experience with social media & community management (US experience preferred)
– Fantastic personal presentation
– Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English is a must
– Strong time management & prioritization skills
– Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
– Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Details
– This is a WFH role, could be based in India or the Philippines

– Hours are Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 11:30pm IST, 5:00am – 1:00pm EST
