Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing education and skill development
- Design and deliver training programs for bus drivers and operational staff, focusing on customer service, safety protocols, and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops, utilizing various formats such as classroom training, online modules, and on-the-job coaching
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of bus operations to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and service quality standards
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in processes, policies, or service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Product to deliver and refund to address customer needs and improve service quality
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency without compromising customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on team performance, identifying trends and areas requiring improvement
What are we looking for:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in quality management and training within the service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with implementing and managing training programs is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
