Role: Freelancer- Trainer

Duration: 6months

Project Scope

-Should be an expert in facilitation of behavioral and leadership programs for middle management.

Preferred Certification: Certification in Facilitation.

Skills Needed:

Facilitation Skills

-Active listener, excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Structure conversations and apply appropriate group facilitation techniques to keep discussions/training effective.

-Foster participation and get participants/learners to come up with ideas, thoughts and perspectives that add value.

-Get all participants/learners in the room to feel like they are in a group with a shared interest.

-Bring in best practices and new trends in facilitation.

Preferred Industry: Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Consulting, Telecom, or any good training companies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

-Minimum of 10 – 12 years of relevant work experience in the L & D domain and has facilitated behavioral and leadership programs.

-Working as a L&D freelancer

Contract engagement model:

-Transaction / Outcome Based work Project based. Key outcomes / scope of the project is explicitly agreed upon. Examples include an independent consultant or a freelance worker.

-The contract employee is responsible for designing and facilitating behavioral and leadership training programs.

-The contract period is for 6 months.

–The contract employee is needed to work for 8 days every month (72hrs)

Expected Outcome

-8 to10 days/month for facilitation of behavioral and leadership programs.

-Participant feedback should be 4+.

-No program cancellation until any emergency.
