Job Description
- Engaging with students and counseling them on the education opportunities in India and abroad. Must handle fresh enquiries ( phone calls ) and follow up the prospective students.
- Helping students in identifying the right countries, universities, and courses and helping them plan their academic and career prospects.
- Handling the end to end admission process for the students applying to various universities across countries and in India.
- Undertake counseling sessions with students both on-call and in-person.
- Provide accurate and verified information regarding universities, colleges, courses, programs, and countries.
- Create and Maintain a database of the students counseled with relevant information like status of applications made.
- Submit daily activity report to immediate superior.
- Conducting research and be updated on topics pertinent to the sector and enhance the team’s knowledge base.
