About the Role
Decabyte is seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver advanced training on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Automation using Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Workflow Automation Platforms. The trainer will guide learners in building AI-powered GRC solutions that automate compliance activities, risk assessments, reporting, notifications, and security governance processes.
Key Responsibilities

* Mentor learners on enterprise-grade AI governance and security controls.

“Analyze uploaded compliance evidence, extract key controls, map them against ISO 27001 requirements, identify compliance gaps, generate a risk score, update the risk register, create an Excel report, save it to the designated folder, and email the report to assigned stakeholders.”
“Review pending compliance tasks, send reminder emails to task owners, escalate overdue tasks to management, generate a weekly compliance dashboard, and create executive summaries.”
“Analyze risk assessment data, calculate risk scores based on likelihood and impact, generate a heatmap visualization, identify high-priority risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.”
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience implementing GRC platforms.
* Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and CIS Controls.
* Experience with AI Governance and Responsible AI programs.
* Prior experience as a trainer, consultant, or auditor.
* Understanding of cybersecurity governance and enterprise compliance.
