Flurn is looking for keyboard and guitar instructors to teach at one or more of our 30+ learning centers across Bengaluru. Flurn organises group classes – and we’re looking for seasoned instructors to join our network of teacher partners.

This is a part-time, freelance role where we would like for you to work with us for around 10 hours/week. Our top teachers earn up to Rs. 35,000/month. This is an on-site role.

WE DO NOT CONDUCT ONLINE CLASSES.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach group classes of up to 10-15 students in one batch.
• Follow Flurn’s teaching process to ensure quality education for all Flurn students.
• Use the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage your classes.
• Ensure classes are conducted on time and as per schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

• You are passionate about teaching music and are looking for classes to take.
• You have 3+ years of teaching kids & adults.
• You have a solid course outline or can follow Flurn’s course outlines.
• You can travel up to 10-15 km to multiple learning centers.

Other Important Details

• You can choose which areas you want to travel to for your classes
• You can choose which timings you are available to take the classes.
