Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for a Freelance Lean Six Sigma Trainer. Trainers will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to professionals and students, developing course materials, conducting assessments, and providing guidance on implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The role involves sharing industry-relevant knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment, ensuring participants achieve desired learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering training sessions
• Ability to develop training materials, case studies, and real-world examples
• Proficient in conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Experience in online training and using virtual learning platforms
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher) is required
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly preferred
• A flexible schedule to accommodate varying training session timings
