Job description

The purpose of this role is to oversee and implement case management and counselling of children in the FTBK CCI and families in our Community Projects.

Applicants must have experience, and the appropriate qualifications, in Counselling and be able to professionally maintain files for office records and necessary formats for submission to the relevant Government Child Protection Agencies. Applicants must have experience in Family Case Management and be able to implement Family Strengthening interventions.

A high level of both written, and spoken, English and Bengali, is mandatory.

Applicant must be able to work within a team and provide appropriate feedback of each child’s, or family’s case, and maintain continual follow up for the development of each client.

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Timing: Monday – Friday 9 – 5pm or 10 – 6pm
