Position Overview This role is crucial for the Delivery Org. within the Learning and Development sector. Focusing on creating content for Learning platforms — specifically our AI-Training and CX Gamification platforms— the ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter. With a strong affinity for Learning & Development and communication, the Platform Content Writer is driven by a desire to create an exceptional learning experience.

  • Key Responsibilities Create Content for Learning Platforms: Responsible for generating content for Learning & Development platforms based on existing resources
  • Work With SMEs and Resources: Utilize recorded calls, materials, and SME resources to generate applicable materials
  • Review and Quality: Participate in peer review and client review sessions to improve crafted content
  • Recommend Solutions: Employ platform expertise and experience to suggest appropriate content strategies Skills and Qualification
  • Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 year as a content writing related role, with a preference for candidates experienced in learning and development.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, and strong writing and design skills.
  • Operational Versatility: Ability to function both independently and as part of cross

functional teams, demonstrating initiative and proactivity
