We are looking for an industry experienced Female Academic Counsellor (overseas education) passionate about interacting with people, a person who is keen to explore and grow in an exciting and cutting-edge industry. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact with the students/parents, you are responsible for briefing the students/parents with the product or services offered by the company.

Preference given to candidates having experience in handling UK/CANADA/ITALY

Excluding salary incentives up to 5,00,000 -/-

Skills Required

· knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of the computer.

· Responsible for handling the customer’s inquiry and making cold- call.

· Be solely responsible for continuous follow-ups with leads until contact is made and qualified.

· Ability to think out of the box and be Proactive in Approach

· Excellent verbal & written communication

· Attention to detail is important

. To respond sensitively to all walk in and telephonic enquiries and follow-up

· Excellent presentation Skills
