Responsibilities

Job Description:

• To handle Global ARIBA & Legacy related supplier and internal query e-mails
• Ensure e-mails are responded with Quality and within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure 100% Customer satisfaction in E-mail query responses
• Analyze the reason for overall e-mail queries and strive towards arrest the root cause

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and e-mail writing skills
• Knowledge in overall Payables Processes
• Innovation mindset and strive towards reduction of queries through e-mail
