Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor high standards of Security training for the Security Guards & other Security personnel both at Induction & Advanced level.
• Create & conduct Security Training as per the rules of PSARA Act guidelines.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Create testing and evaluation processes.
• To evaluate needs of the security force and plan training programs accordingly.
• Provide classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and meetings.
• Provide performance feedback and keep detailed training records.
• Conducting onsite practical / classroom training session in some of the units every Saturday.
• Review feedback received and upload in the trainings conducted data in the software after approval from the reporting manager.
• In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills & the rudiments of First Aid, fire fighting,
• Fire prevention and control, Health and safety at work, Mock drill & Evacuation procedure etc.

Desired Candidate profile

• Min. 4 years operational experience in conducting & managing security training programme in a Security company.
• Good verbal and written communication with proficiency in Hindi & English.
• Must have excellent computer skills, familiar with all Microsoft Office applications & Internet.
• Emotional maturity to understand impact and sensitivity of security issues.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of trainees in a simplified manner

Education

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Certification courses(e.g. Firefighting, Emergency Response and First Aid etc.), related to Security Training / instructional techniques / instructor training courses.
