Focal Skill Development Pvt Ltd Hiring for Academic Coordinator Job at India Full Time

• Management of Master Trainers, senior trainers, trainers and counselors in field on daily basis to ensure time bound results
• Identification, screening and deployment of trainers , Master Trainers, Field staff, and Subject Matter Experts as per requirements in coordination with HR Department.
• Resolving all the field challenges and issues for smooth implementation
• Ensure Regular reporting from field and management of team KRA, attendance, claims etc
• Regular reporting to management and client
• Ensure proper counseling of trainees before batch formation.
• Motivate team for time bound batch formation and meeting enrolment targets
• Training of Trainers and field team both internally as well as external ToT certifications
• Ensure availability of content, Lesson plan, time table, tools equipment etc in coordination with trainers , Master Trainers and Subject Matter Experts
• Ensure and Monitor proper training delivery of theory, practical, guest lectures, industry visits for proper learning outcomes
• Ensure timely internal and external assessments, results, certifications and Feedbacks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 per month
