DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our mentoring team. To be a successful mentor, you should be able to support and educate the study abroad aspirants through a well-prepared counselling program. You will serve as the facilitator for attaining student’s academic or career goals and assist them in their study abroad journey. You should be able to maintain strong relationships and must have the ability to make them feel friendly and comfortable. Successful candidates will be added to the core team which provides them with immense growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Mentoring students to get admission in their dream universities.

● Develop a trusted relationship with students as their mentors for any guidance regarding studying abroad

● Help students choose a perfect consultant according to their requirements

● Being well informed and updated about study abroad industry

● Handle both inbound and outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully close the leads

● Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students..

● Attend to student queries promptly and professionally

● Form a rapport with the students, thus enabling a comfortable and free exchange of thoughts and ideas.

● Regular follow up of leads

● To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer expectations

● Handling community groups for doubt clearance

REQUIREMENTS

● Minimum 6 months experience in study abroad industry

● Good knowledge and experience in Overseas Education.

● Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.

● Great Listeners who has the ability to build friendly relationships with

customers

● Excellent interpersonal, mediation and communication skills.

● Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience and

powerful empathy.

● A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication

● Ability to work In a Startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
