Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Associate at Flurn.

As a marketing Associate, you will be working closely with the program team and the founders on a day-to-day basis and driving end-to-end marketing programs & brand building activities.

You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with market research, developing brand collateral & communication materials, designing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and enable our sales teams to be more effective.

This is a high impact, 360 degree marketing exposure role where you will get to work with Founders on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in market research, brand building & marketing strategies is a must
• Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
