Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from leads provided or through cold calling to introduce them to available real estate properties.

Property Promotion: Effectively communicate property details, features, and benefits to potential clients to generate interest and inquiries.

Lead Qualification: Determine the needs and preferences of potential clients to assess their suitability for specific properties and ensure that they meet pre-defined criteria.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments for real estate agents or brokers based on client availability.

Information Gathering: Collect and maintain accurate information regarding client preferences, budget constraints, and property requirements to facilitate the property search process.

Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with leads and maintain a record of interactions to nurture prospective clients and move them through the sales funnel.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property prices, and legal regulations to provide informed responses to client inquiries.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and with a problem-solving attitude to build trust and credibility.

Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database, recording client details, interactions, and feedback for future reference.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on call activity, lead conversion rates, and other key performance metrics for management review.
