JD – Inside Sales Represntative

About the role We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Hero, you will be responsible for approaching prospective leads and onboarding them as paid members. This role involves counseling prospective leads, suggesting the right set of programs based on the category. We are looking for a problem solver with experience of B2C inside (tele) sales and a keen interest in the Holistic Health space (mental, physical & spiritual health).
Responsibilities
○ Listening and identifying the prospective leads and counsel them as per the needs, objective & goals.
○ Suggesting the right program based on their needs & goals and set-up the trial class for them.
○ Following up with the prospects to understand the feedback and share the Holistic Health report.
○ Running the prospects through the Holistic Health report and making them understand the importance of the program.
○ Onboarding the converted clients on the tech-driven dashboard.
Experience 2+ years in B2C inside the sales or customer service industry.
Skills and Competencies
● Proficiency in English language.
● Prior sales experience
● A self-motivated person and confident about their own abilities.
● Ownership and Accountability of both output and outcomes of their work.
● Mindset to delight customers
● Service oriented mindset.
● Right prospecting and sales planning
● Keen interest in incorporating holistic health (body, mind & soul)
Bonus points:
● Early-stage start-up experience.
● Understanding of the health and wellness sector.
● Previous experience in the Yoga, Nutrition and/or Meditation
