Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Area Operations Manager. The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, team supervision, process optimization, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Understanding of the kids and babies shopping sector is a plus
