A Accounts & finance professor Job responsibilities
- Conducting research in their area of expertise and publishing peer reviewed articles in academic journals
- Participating in academic activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and symposiums to share research findings with peers and colleagues
- Developing curriculum, teaching courses, and providing academic counseling to students
- Preparing lectures and course materials such as syllabi, lecture notes, and reading lists
- Teaching undergraduate or graduate level classes in areas such as investments, financial markets, corporate finance, risk management, accounting, and taxation
- Advising students on academic issues such as choosing a major or applying to graduate school
- Conducting research focused on topics such as investment strategies, risk management, tax laws, or financial planning techniques
- Reviewing student papers for grammatical errors, plagiarism, and other mistakes before they are graded by professors
- Evaluating student progress through discussions with them and reviewing their academic records
Qualification:
Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounts & finance or a related field, such as economics or accounting.
To teach at the university level, a Accounts & finance professor must have a master’s degree and a Ph.D.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
