JOB Responsibilities

• Looking out all the aspects of Business Development and Revenue Growth, channel development in around Lucknow. Creating and on boarding strong retail and corporate distributors/ advisors like NGOs, Credit cooperative societies, People who have big sales team, influcerers group, HNIs and super HNIs, Tax consultants, counsellors etc
• Develop and maintain sustained relationship with all the stakeholders and customers
• Dealing with customer complaints and issues at utmost priority
• Ensuring Month on Month distributors/ advisors onboarding target is met and business target for the month directly and through advisors/distributors are met.
• Beside retail also ensuring that month on month new corporate clients business target is met
• Identifying HNIs and UHNIs clients are on boarded for their portfolio planning and investment and target for HNIs clients are met
• looking for new business opportunities and tie up in UP region
• Identifying financial advisors who are sole-proprietors and exploring merger and acquisition of their business with Finoviser Financial Services LLP

• Strong business acumen and management skills
• Updated with market trends and financial products knowledge
• Tendency to seek new opportunity, meet & exceed targets
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Strong analysis on data interpretation and sales figures
• Ability to handle work pressure and multitasking
• Expertise in negotiating and deal closing
• Soft spoken and empathetic
• Building and developing relationship skills

Experience Required:

• 2 to 3 years of experience of related field in any Financial Services Industry
• Good Network of clients and advisors and strong social connect

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
