Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Sambalpur. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees, evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs, developing training manuals, and collaborating with different departments to identify their training needs. The Training Manager will also be responsible for managing the training budget.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Ability to design and develop effective training programs
• Experience in delivering in-person and digital training programs
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related fields
• Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or equivalent will be an added advantage.
