Job Description:

1. Serve more as guides and assistants than directors of a classroom, allowing the students to direct their learning.

2. Perform tasks like preparing activities for students, keeping the classroom stimulating and developmentally appropriate, and guiding students through their day.

3. Teach students through Montessori methods, create independent learning environment, use specially-designed learning materials. 

4. Preparing and presenting lessons that facilitate students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development.

5. Ensuring that you have sufficient classroom supplies at all times.

6. Creating a learning environment that is safe and nurturing.

7. Supervising children during lessons, meal time, and on the playground.

8. Assisting students to resolve conflict with others.
