We are looking for a driven Campus Talent Attraction Partner to join our talent attraction team to attract and hire top talent across premier engineering institutions and Business Schools. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining exemplary relations with universities and be the brand ambassador for all our recruiting entities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to attract, assess and secure University talent from all targeted colleges and various other prominent platforms in this area. The role will focus on all facets of University recruiting with a heavy emphasis on engineering and the technical market overall.
We are looking for a well-connected and passionate individual who can drive and own the recruiting efforts for campus hiring across all our 3 locations in India: Bangalore, Pune and Trivandrum. This position encompasses all stages of the hiring process including partnering with internal hiring managers on, position strategy and candidate requirements , other talent acquisition professionals, and HR business partners, as well as developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top Campus talent, and innovating the candidate experience and the related recruiting lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Campus Strategy – Capable to deliver a proactive, innovative candidate sourcing strategy aligned with Finastra’s strategic objectives and own the end to end recruitment process for campus roles for India
- Campus Engagement – Develop and implement campus engagement strategy which serves to tell the company’s story on Campus; Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.
- Candidate identification and tracking – Attract, track, report and close on the highest quality candidates creating a pipeline of talent to fulfil Finastra’s hiring needs.
- Relationship Management – Develop visibility and build relationships with key university stakeholder to successful implement campus engagement strategy. Build Internal partnership with business representatives to enable story telling ability on campus. Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks;
- Candidate sourcing and identification – Attracting and closing the highest quality candidates, Candidate generation plans; Overall excellent candidate experience
- Ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way-of working and related guidelines.
- Data Insight – sharing market insights with recruiting counterparts to enhance team’s ability to consult internally with the findings. Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
- Market knowledge – have a pulse on the trends in the university space and modify your hiring strategy to best take advantage
- Job-offer & contracting: Manage the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the agreed compensation & benefits level for the job and the (realistic) candidate’s expectations
Qualifications
- +4 years plus of experience in a similar role, with high exposure to the Tech/FinTech industry and d emonstrable track record of successful university recruiting and filling a high volume of requisitions
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree
- Experience in creating candidate pipelines with a proven track record of hiring success.
- have a sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases and Applicant Tracking Systems along with excellent marketing and advertising abilities.
- Team player, highly responsive and customer focus orientated
- Ability to prioritize, contract effectively with clients and multi-task competing priorities/workload.
- Ability to build internal and external networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
