Role Description

The Training Associate will be responsible for developing and conducting training/demo programs for tutors, coordinating with other teams to ensure quality performance, need to prepare training manuals, and analyzing training data to identify areas for improvement.

Experience Required: Fresher to 2 yrs

Full time profile with 6 days working

Timings: 10am to 7pm

Location: Gurugram, Sector-39

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills for effective engagement with tutors
• Training and development experience to design and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate training material
• Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field
