Role DescriptionFilo is hiring a full-time PCMB (Hindi medium) Teachers for its on-site location in Gurugram & Ranchi. The teacher will be responsible for managing the middle school curriculum and teaching PCMB subjects to students in the Hindi medium upto K12 & IIT-JEE Mains. They will maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment and communicate effectively with students and colleagues.QualificationsInterpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleaguesMiddle School Teaching Experience: Experience in managing and teaching a middle school curriculumPCMB Curriculum Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the PCMB curriculum for the Hindi mediumEffective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and EnglishBachelors degree in any PCMB subject or related fieldRequirementsMinimum 4 years of teaching experience in hindi mediumTimings: 09:00 to 18:006 days working profileLocation: Gurguram & RanchiMust have pentabReady to relocatePlease note that previous experience with e-learning startups and proficiency in technology would be beneficial for this role.
