Devyani International is Hiring Feild Trainer for its premium international coffee brand – Costa Coffee. We are looking for candidates having 3-6 Years in Training with experience in delivering sessions and managing content

Roles & Responsbilities:

• To enhance brand focus on building capability at the Management and Team Member level at stores
• Build and strengthen the Managerial Training for the respective region with an enhanced focus on developing IDPs through capability building
• To maintain a progressive market training to drive CHAMPS (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Appearance, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed of Service) as per brand standards.
• To drive standardization of mandatory brand Learning processes at all levels to ensure continuous capability and culture building.
• To maintain MIS for the activities in the scope
• To ensure effective execution of any tests (product, equipment, processes etc..) that happen at the market level
• Core involvement in Process/Product enhancement initiatives.
• Aiding operations for New store openings from conception to execution and beyond.
• Conducting Store visits for checking adherence to OPS KPIs, Food safety and brand and standards and carrying out Action planning and implementation.
• Execution of New products at stores and seamless reinforcement of New Marketing offers
• Prepare and monitor that training plan for MUTs (Manager Under Training External Hires)

Area of Operations:

• Entire Market/geography as defined
• P.S. The candidate should be open to extensive travel within the market
  (7-10 days in a month) as required.
