About the Role:

As a Learning and Development Manager for Feuji, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and overall performance of our service-oriented workforce. This position involves collaborating with various service teams to identify training needs, designing specialized programs, and ensuring the continuous development of employees to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key job responsibilities:

➢ Training Needs Analysis : Conduct detailed assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within different service departments. Work closely with service managers and team leads to understand specific service requirements and client expectations.

➢ Program Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement tailored training programs for service teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client service standards. Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences for service professionals.

➢ Client-Focused Training: Develop programs that enhance customer service skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities to meet client expectations. Incorporate client feedback and industry best practices into training content and delivery.

➢ Technical and Soft Skills Training: Provide technical training to ensure service professionals are proficient in the use of tools, systems, and equipment. Implement soft skills training to enhance interpersonal communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.

➢ Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the management of the Learning Management System to track and report on training progress for service teams. Ensure that the LMS supports the unique training needs of service professionals.

➢ Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the impact of training programs on service delivery and client satisfaction. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

➢ Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with service managers to identify areas for continuous improvement in service delivery and employee performance. Implement ongoing training programs to address evolving client needs and industry trends.

➢ Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with service managers, client relationship managers, and other key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with the strategic goals of the services organization. Foster a culture of continuous learning and service excellence across the organization.

Manager – Learning & Development Required Qualifications:

➢ MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.

➢ 8 to 10 years of experience in learning and development roles within a services organization.

➢ Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs within a services organization.

➢ Strong understanding of client service principles and the ability to integrate them into training programs.

➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

➢ Familiarity with learning management systems

➢ Certifications in instructional design, service management, or related areas are advantageous
