Responsibilities:

• Addressing patient queries on call
• Understanding patient’s medical history and counseling
• Addressing patient’s treatment related questions
• Understanding requirements and suggesting relevant service
• Followup with patients about treatment progress

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in clinical counselling (Experience with a fertility chain is a plus)
• Have high levels of empathy and can connect with patients
• Required Language: Kannada, English (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil is a plus)
• Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
