
ONE YEAR FELLOWSHIP IN EYE CARE MANAGEMENT – FULL TIME PROGRAM
# Applicability Description 1Nature of Association The selected candidates would be inducted as probationary employee with one-year probation2Designation Management Trainee3 Outline of the programme A one-year fellowship in Eye Care Management is intended to train qualified, motivated, and ambitious young professionals in the field of eye care management.
4Stipend The stipend per month would be Rs. 23000/- per month 5Leaves One per month 6After successful completion of one year probation HR would be the approving authority based on feedback from HOD (Management Training) and HOD of the concerned department wherein individual is posting
Individuals who takes up this period as a learning period to acquire expertise in achieving certain standards qualitatively, quantitively value based behavior resulting into accomplishment of certain specific objectives / assignment, which will be assigned to individuals by the Course coordinator / department heads timely following all rules and regulations of the organization WOULD BE REGULARISED IN THE SYSTEM7Level and Designation at time of regularization
The department to which they are allocated would determine their designation. 8Salary on regularization and increments and promotion thereon The starting salary at Officer level would be Rs 35,000 per month while at Assistant Officer Level would be Rs 28,000 per month
The Stipend during the fellowship shall remain at 23,000 per month
Yearly performance assessment on predefined criteria would be followed once individual completes one year at the level, based on performance the increment would be up to 18 %
Minimum timeframe for movement from one level to another would be 3 years and would be based on potential assessment and consistent performer of highest standards in past three years
HR reserves the right to fix level and compensation post one year of probation
9 Leaves Total of 36 leaves in a year as per policy applicable to regular employees10 Accommodation and Fooding facilities The accommodation and fooding would not be provided at Delhi The accommodation and fooding would only be provided during postings if an individual is posted at location other than home location 11Termination Clause During the probation period and thereafter either party shall be at liberty to terminate the association after giving minimum one month written notice or one-month stipend instead of serving notice with or without assigning any reason in event of breach pf organization values, non-adherence to protocols, rules and regulations of the hospital and poor performance.
