Role Description This is a full-time Faculty role based in Guwahati with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility while maintaining a regular on-campus presence. The Faculty member will teach and mentor students preparing for competitive examinations, delivering concept-based classroom sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and practice discussions. Responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, creating and reviewing practice questions, tests, and study materials aligned with T.I.M.E.’s pedagogy. The role involves monitoring student performance, providing constructive feedback, and guiding learners on exam strategy, time management, and test-taking techniques. The Faculty member will also support academic administration tasks, participate in workshops or seminars, and collaborate with the academic team to maintain high teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in one or more areas relevant to T.I.M.E. courses (e.g., Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, or related domains).
• Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom and online setting.
• Comfort with hybrid teaching models, including using digital tools, online platforms, and basic productivity software for content delivery and student support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, English, or related fields); strong academic track record preferred.
• Prior experience in test-prep, coaching for competitive exams, or campus recruitment training is an advantage.
