Role Overview-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Facilitator who can engage, inspire, and mentor children and young adults through interactive leadership and English skill development sessions.
Key Responsibilities-
Facilitate leadership, communication, and English skill development sessions.
Deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Inspire confidence, curiosity, and participation among students.
Adapt facilitation styles to suit diverse learner needs.
Build strong rapport with students, educators, and institutional partners.
Support program planning, execution, and feedback collection.
Represent Talentease professionally during sessions and school engagements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications-
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Passion for working with children and young adults.
Ability to engage and manage groups effectively.
Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred, not mandatory).
Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience is an added advantage.
