We are looking out for enthusiastic and motivated Program Mentor 

Responsibilities:

• Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and support to students in developing communication skills, behavioral skills & Aptitude with a focus on practical applications.

• Placements Focus: Collaborate with the placement team to align training programs with industry requirements, ensuring students are well-prepared for successful placements.

• Feedback and Assessment: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in the continuous improvement.

• Communication: Maintain regular communication with students & parents to address queries, concerns, and provide additional support as needed.

• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in industry and contribute to your professional development to enhance training effectiveness.

Responsibilities (Until the academic session begins):

• Collaborate with the admissions team to assess potential students’ suitability for the program.

• Conduct informational sessions for prospective students, highlighting the benefits of the program.

• Offer guidance and support to applicants, addressing their queries and concerns about the program.

Responsibilities once the academic session begins-

• Actively engage in personal and professional development activities to enable the students stay relevant to industry trends.

• Collaborate with the mentorship program team to identify and attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Academic Background: Consistent high academic achievement in Master of Business Administration.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Passion for Teaching: A genuine interest in mentoring and helping students succeed in placements. Demonstrated expertise in communication, behavioral, and aptitude problem-solving skills.

• Remote Work: Ability to work comfortably and efficiently from their hometown while maintaining the expected work hours.

Compensation: Rs. 14,000 (fixed) during probation, Rs. 3,00,000 (fixed) per annum upon full time conversion
