Immediate requirement of Tele callers. Team leaders and Counsellors

DESIGNATION: Tele caller / Counsellor/ Team leader

SALARY: As per discussion with management & negotiable for the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE: 0 to 5 years (Fresher or internship also)

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure that proper counselling and course information are briefed to students over the phone and convert the inquiry into registration.
• Calling all the Leads on daily basis and convert the prospective leads into walk-ins
• Strictly adhere to company policies and reaching the target on Monthly basis
• Managing the Students & Visitors.
• Providing excellent customer service to all inquiries/clients and existing students Coordinating with Trainers for allocation of batch.
• Maintain all data of students, administering the students test and their reports and other duties assigned from time to time.
• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹14,500.00 – ₹18,400.00 per month
