Global Delivery Services (GDS) plays a vital role in supporting EY’s various service lines and business operations across the world. GDS RMS operates from 3 cities in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore and Kochi), Manila and Wroclaw in Poland.

Global Security is the in-house security function for Ernst & Young.

Position Details:
Job Title : Senior Associate (65-3)

Department : Global Security Support, GDS RMS

Reporting to : Assistant Manager/ Manager

Location : Kochi

Purpose of Position:
Working under the direction of the Global Security leadership team and GDS RMS Global Security team, the incumbent would be part of a newly set up Security and Travel Intelligence Center and will support GDS RMS team for overall coordination of Threat and Intelligence monitoring, emergency preparedness and response and business continuity planning activities globally.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Service Delivery

Manage a team of 5- 10 intelligence analysts including their day-to-day deliverables, feedback and LEAD as counsellor

Coordinate and collaborate with the STIC team members in Gurgaon and other stakeholders for seamless service delivery

Assist in proactive monitoring activities for incident management

Participate in crisis management training and discussions as requested

Collaborate with key personnel from functions such as Security, Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent team and other relevant teams

Assist in the preparation of reports as necessary (situation report, risk assessments, test plans, etc.)

Assist with the support of response and recovery activities during business interruption events

Assist in event management

High availability required due to nature of role

Perform other duties, as assigned

Education & Experience:
Total work Experience of 6 to 7 years with hands on experience of managing small teams

Prior experience of working in a contact center

Master degree from a reputed college

Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-starter with attention to detail

Effective organization and prioritization skills

Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and information

Data analysis, data representation and dashboard reporting

Strong logical and reasoning skills

Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Other Position Requirements:
Willingness to travel

Willingness to work in a 24 X 7 environment
