Job Summary:
- SLS Assurance provides the support in quality reviews to the global Assurance Quality review (AQR) team in their annual compliance process.
AQR is an internal EY review process which ends with providing ratings to the EY audit engagements.
- Team also provides analytical reporting to Global and area stakeholders for their analysis as well as takes care of different aspects of compliance such as; filing of form 2 by EY firms registered with PCAOB, practice level etc.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Below are the roles and responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
- Review day to day reports for Global stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates that incorporate dashboards and meet the reporting needs of Stakeholders
- Review deliverables of team members and provides constructive feedback
- Providing support in annual AQR process.
- Perform validations basis EY databases
- Analyze the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues
- Agility with large amounts of data, creation of presentations, advanced level knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi
- Deliver high quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision
- Work independently to drive the process requests and cater end to end deliverable
You are expected to have below mentioned skills:
- Good and spontaneous decision-making capabilities
- Expertise in MS office tools – Excel and Word
- Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English, strong interpersonal and presentation skills interacting with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a focused approach
