EY- GDS – TAX – PAS – Workforce Advisory (WFA), HR Transformation (HRT) – Manager

The opportunity
We are looking for Managers with expertise in HRT to join the WFA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the WFA team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the HR Transformation capability within the business; develop strong relations with global practices; achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration
Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting
Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance HRT offering within the practice
Coach and guide the team to deliver high quality deliverables to clients. These deliverables vary across RFX responses, assessment report-outs, HR strategy design, process flows, project plans, etc.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HRT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance
Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications – External
To qualify for the role, you must have
12 – 16 years of experience in HRT operations and consulting domain
Minimum 8 years of experience in managing HR Transformation projects across 1 or more of the following areas: HR Tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, HR SSC implementation, etc.
Master’s degree in HR or full time MBA/EMBA
Work experience in HRT implementation programs and working as part of a global distributed team
Experience in managing large teams as well as multiple engagements simultaneously
Providing advice and guidance on client projects in subject matter areas
Strong understanding of 1 or more HR cloud systems such as Workday, Successfactors, etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Been involved in end to end HR transformation program – Exposure to HR transformation programs enabled by technology
Led or been part of a work stream in a large complex HR transformation program
Experience in the below:
Hands on experience in HR operating model design and organisation design
Design of role descriptions and role catalogue
Design of RACI documentation
Benchmarking and design of organisation structure
Experience in Shared services advisory
Design of shared services model and organisation structure
Design of shared services documentation – Work instructions, test scripts, SOPs
Transition to shared services environment – Knowledge transfer, Training, Testing
Deep understanding of End to end HR processes (hire to retire)
HR process mapping and optimisation experience
In depth knowledge of end to end HR processes (hire to retire)
Expert in process documentation using ARIS, Visio and other tools
Strong understanding of Digital solutions such as RPA, AI, ML, etc. and their application in HR processes
Knowledge of Change management and enabling change as part of an HR transformation
Knowledge of Project management and development of a business case
Working knowledge and / or experience in HR analytics and delivery and HR policy design
Experience of working with a Big 4 consulting firm
