Identify and participate in process reengineering and redesign to achieve better controls, compliance and efficiency

Should be ready to work on various countries tax practices

Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Identify the issues on an engagement, try to resolve and bring it to the attention of the Assistant Managers or Managers.

Encouraging others to ask critical questions and share their ideas and concerns openly

Provide balanced and constructive feedback with specific behavioral examples to the team members

Developing strengths and opportunities collaboratively with team members by encouraging people to take action following feedback

Contributing to a positive team environment by demonstrating consistent commitment and optimism towards work challenges

Maintaining focus of team members on work products; holding others accountable for timely completion of high-quality work

Qualifications

Education:
The ideal candidate will have a BCOM/MBA/ Other Finance Masters

Experience:
9 to 11 years’ relevant work experience in Tax operations or related discipline

Others:
Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel

Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization

VBA, knowledge of Macro’s read and write
