Online PRIMARY Research Specialist [Remote]

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive online research to support us with expanding a relevant companies database.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth online research using the Crunchbase, ZoomInfo and other relevant platforms – but also a variety of other sources, including search engines, websites, industry reports, etc.
• Maintain a well-organized research database and document findings effectively.
• Critically evaluate the credibility and reliability of online information sources.
• Summarize and synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable reports.
• Develop effective search strategies using advanced search operators and Boolean logic.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online research methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify research needs and ensure deliverables meet their requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Science, Business Administration, Marketing) preferred.
• Evidence of high academic performance [10th and 12th]
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience conducting online research.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using search engines, online databases, web scraping tools, Excel Spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
