We require people who possess high communication skills and are looking to build a career in education consultancy service to be our Education Counsellor.

Only for people who know Malayalam and those who are willing to relocate to the office location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective leads to counsel them.

• Must have leadership qualities to manage a team.

• Conducting detailed profile assessment of students interested in higher studies and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the universities where his /her chances of getting admission are high.

• Making outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest.

• Advises students regarding various program requirements for courses offered.

• Provide excellent customer service to students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.

• Counselling and consulting students throughout the enrolment process through e-mail and phone.

• Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective students.

• Assistance for students with University selection, application, visa applications and accommodation.

• Must have dedication, excellent communication skills and superior people skills.

• Must be comfortable presenting counselling over the phone.

• Must have Professional Dressing sense at the office.

• Age below 45

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,500.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
