Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales cum Academic Counselor at our Janakpuri location. The Inside Sales cum Academic Counselor will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, answering inquiries, and counseling students on educational options. They will also be responsible for providing academic advising and career counseling to existing students and alumni.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in student counseling, academic advising, or career counseling
- Knowledge of education systems and programs
- Flexible and adaptable, able to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, or related field
- Experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with students
